Rebate offer on sewing machine of $1769.00 not fulfilled by company. I properly met all conditiions

I purchased $1769.00 Husqvarna/Viking sewing machine from Country Stitches in Lansing, MI, December 3. There was to be a 100% rebate up to $3000 at the end of a 35 month period.

Salesperson informed me of rebate promotion. Promotion required very specific actions to qualify for rebate. I met all requirements and have not received the rebate.

The rebate was to have arrived within six weeks. It has now been 11 weeks since sending the rebate request, 10 weeks since USAS received my paperwork. I know this because of the Certified Mail Receipt. My paperwork includes no telephone number for USAS.

USAS was appointed by Cashback America to administer the program.
