Bought a spa (hot tub) in 2004 and had a rebate voucher agreement with the merchant and Cashback America to get 100% of rebate 3 years from spa purchase. Kept all documents and copies of agreement and followed them to a "t" including copies of our driver's license and mailed them certified mail as instructed by Cashback America. After several phone calls to them as to why our $1,000.00 rebate hadn't been mailed a portion of our rebate finally showed up months later. ($307.30)
Their reason for their shortcoming is as follows: "Because of the unusually high number of claims received, you are only entitled to a percentage of the face value of your voucher" etc.
Since research this outfit online I have found them to be fraudelent in many cases. Please help put this company out of business! I have filed a report with the Attorney General's Office of Florida as well.
