Purchased an embroidery sewing machine in 10/05. Vendor promoted rebate program they had agreed to with US Administrative Services Co - Cashback America. Followed detailed and convoluted requirements to a T - submitted proof of purchase within 14 days, kept records for 54 months and submitted all documentation via certified mail as required. Documents returned with "Moved. Left No Address" notification from USPS. Contacted vendor. She indicated she'd heard there was a problem with fraud and USAS was under investigation by Attorney General's office in Florida. As a condition for offering the rebate, the vendor was prohibited from contacting customers regarding deadlines for filing, etc. A promise is a promise! US Administrative Services - Cashback America is a fraud. The vendor PAID USAS to provide this opportunity to their customers. Hope there is enough outcry agains USAS for a class action suit to be filed.
