Ripped off by a 100% rebate promotion

I bought a sewing machine from Bob's Sew Vac, 120West Broadway, Missoula, MT 59802 on Dec. 5 under a 100% rebate promotion promise. The machine cost $3,000. I only bought this machine because I was to get 100% rebate. There were certain rules to follow (which I did) to register for this rebate. After the 35th month I again followed the rules to claim my rebate. Sent all info asked for by registered return receipt. Guess What? UNDELIVERABLE

I have not tryed to call as I don't have a phone #. How do these people get away with this? If anyone has had this happen please file a complaint so we can put a stop to this.
