These guys are unbelievable. I ordered Longitude for the hell of it, not thinking it would work but out of curiosity. Obviously, it didn't work.
I called and got a hold of the Customer Service Dept in January, told them I wanted a refund for the first order. She said, "oh your second order was just sent out. Send back the empty bottle and the full one just sent out and I will give a full refund, but it will take at least 6 weeks."
Never received a refund, and after about 30-40 times calling and getting busy signals, I finally got a hold of a woman at customer service. She outright lied and said a credit was given on February the 7th. I had my statement right in fromt of me, there was absolutely no transaction, credit or contact from CP Direct whatsoever.
I asked for the supervisor and she says that he is on the phone with three people waiting to speak with him, so he would have to get back to me. I said "I'll hold." "Sorry, I can't do that", she says, "but he is very good at getting back to people." it's been a week and I've heard nothing. She wouldn't even give me his last name.
How do these companies get away with this crap? I hope that whoever the scum bag who put this operation together is he finds himself in prison for 10-20. Now I am going to call and try and get in touch with CS Reps and just mess with their heads.
These guys shouldn't get away with this.
