CP Direct, CP Communications, & Nutritional Supplements Direct are FRAUDULENT LIARS & THIEVES The rip-off BUSINESS FROM HELL

This company, CP Direct, is a total ripoff. I placed an order April 3rd - they charged my credit card $66.90. Twenty days later, they charged my credit card AGAIN - $46.90. Luckily, I noticed the charge immediately and called the question the transaction. After many busy signals, I finally got through. The rep told me that I had been placed on an "automatic ship" program and a new bottle would ship every 30 days. That was NOT mentioned ANYWHERE when I first placed the order.

Anyway, she said they would credit my account for the first bottle without having to mail it back and they would refund the 2nd bottle when they received it back. She said I should write return to sender on the package and send it back. Well, I never received EITHER refund. After that, when I tried calling, it was always busy or I would get a message that said "we're out to lunch."

I called again today, after about 40 times (busy signals), I finally got through only to sit on hold for about an hour. The rep told me that the company was taken over by some lawyer, the FBI were investigating, and that no orders were being taken and no refunds were being given at this time. She did however tell me that she would mail out a claims form so that I could try and get a refund at a later time. She also told me to check the new website, www.CP-Receivership.com for information on the case, etc. The site is pretty much useless, but atleast its somethin.

I wrote a letter of dispute to my credit card company today also. I'm not sure if it will help, but at least I'm trying - AND I'M NOT GIVING UP. I am a low income college student and I don't have the money to pay for charges that I didn't approve to be on my card.

We have to work together and fight this. We have to!
