Fraudulent, Are not putting money into our account, will not return calls, Rip Off

This is a copy of a fax being sent to NPMG that pretty much tells all. They have held $80K of our money since 7/25/05 and we can get no help at all. I was very alarmed to find others had the same problem.

This fax is a follow up to our conversation on 8/10/05 at approximately 10:30am with Megan Timlan. We are attaching a copy of our contract stating that the monies would be in our bank within 3-5 days. If you can show us on the contract where it states monies would be held up to 120 days, please show us where that is. I would never have signed on with NPMG if Jon Cannon had stated this when signing the contract. We have been trying to get this resolved since 7/25/05. Two of our customers, one of which had the $50,000.00 charge states that the monies were taken out of their banks on 7/25/05. They are faxing over copies of proof that you took the money out today.

Here is a list of all of the phone calls made to your company in trying to resolve this issue.

8/2/05 Maryann called Megan-was on hold 1.5 hours-found out she went to lunch when she knew we were holding for her. No call back.

8/3/05 Maryann called Megan waited for 55 minutes with no answer and no call back

8/3/05 Lorie called and asked for Megan's manager-did not get his name-left message with him stating that this needed to be resolved immediately. No call back.

8/4/05 Lorie called Deanna-she was very nice and said she would find out what the hold up was and get back to her. Deanna did call back stating that anything over $20K was held for review. Lorie then turned the matter over to me. I talked with Deanna regarding situation.

8/8/05 Lorie left 2 messages for Deanna, times being 10am and 3pm-no call back. 8/9/05 Lorie left 3 messages for Deanna, times being 9am, 1pm, 3pm-no call back

8/10/05 I called at approx. 10:30 am, waited on hold for 40 minutes. Spoke with Megan; she was very adamant that our money could be held up to 120 days for financial review. I told her that was unacceptable. NPMG has cost our company approx. $4K due to unavailable funds in our account to pay our suppliers, for which we take a considerable discount. Megan stated that the funding is not something she could approve, because another department handled this. I told her that if this was not resolved by 5pm California time today, that we would take matters into our own hands and change companies and have our lawyers take over from here.
