I had met with Matthew Adams last week. After getting several calls everyday from a cold call center about scheduling a meeting with a representative from JP Morgan Chase. I finally gave in to a "15 minute meeting." She (the caller) told me to get three recent statements ready for the meeting and she also faxed me a reminder for the scheduled meeting. I felt uncomfortable when I first met Matthew. He had bruises and a broken arm but it was his demeanor that really caught my gut instinct as someone I could not trust. I listened to his speech about NPMG being the biggest credit processing company and that they could give me a better rate than what I was paying. He pulled out his laptop and proceeded to input numbers from my August statement onto his spreadsheet. I am not a signer on the business for the market because my parents are officially the owners. I told him that I shouldn't sign the contract but he said "go ahead and sign the paperwork" so he could get it started as soon as my parents decided if they wanted to switch over just give him a call on Monday. I told him I didn't feel comfortable giving him the voided check and personal information, he stated that nothing could be processed until I physically punched the credit card machine to reprogram with NPMG. Today is Thursday they took the $295 out of the account what they call a "program fee" eventhough I never spoke to Matthew to go ahead a process the contract.

Today was hell, I tried callng for one and a half hours to the number on his bus. Card as well as the long distance number (602) on the merchant statement he filled out and gave as a receipt. The cust. Rep. Hung up on me, the second time I called the cust. Rep. Put me on hold for 15 mins (to look up my information) when it didn't take the other rep as long.

Then she hung up on me as well. Both times I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said that person was in a mtg. Since customer service didn't want to help me and all I kept getting after several more tries were v-mails (the music would play then v-mail would come on as if they knew it was me).

Then I tried the sales acct dept, she didn't even ask who I was the sales rep just would transfer me to cust. Service v-mails. Everytime I called and got a sales rep on the phone they didn't ask who I was they already knew. They would just transfer me to v-mail. Then it became the same with sales rep dept the music would come on and I would get v-mail again and again and again. I got tired of getting the run around after 50 mins of trying so I blocked my cell phone number. This time I actually got through to a person in sale acct dept and she told me that she could transfer me to cust serv. I told her one more time of v-mail and you will be hearing from my attorney about this matter b/c I wasn't a signer on the acct and they shouldn't have processed w/o my parents permission.

Then she put me on hold and I got through to the cust serv rep supervisor named "Megan." I faxed papers that she asked for in order to cancel my account and to show proof that I was not a signer. She told me I wouldn't get charged the cancellation fees b/c Matt wrote on the receipt "no charge." But she would look into refunding the $295. Her broken promises and endless information angered me b/c all she was doing was giving the run around and would never say that she could refund the $295.

I tried to get her to tell me why she wouldn't give it back and she said she would "have to investigate." I don't believe these people at NPMG are honest and they know whose calls are coming in so they screen customers calls. It is impossible to get through the anyone because I also asked to get Matthew's number and they said no.

I asked to speak to his supervisor and Megan ended up hanging up on me after our last conversation. She called me back to transfer me to Matt's supervisor's v-mail (Sean McComb) but I was already patched on my cell phone. I called back immediately after she hung up on me to get Sean's v-mail. I want everyone to know that I am also going to file a report on the Web site of Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard http://www.azag. Gov/consumer/

I hope more people find out before its too late. Please contact me if you would like more info because we also called JP Morgan Chase to file a report about NPMG and it seemed no one knew who they were. JP Morgan Chase rep is supposed to call me back tomorrow.
