Purchase the V2 Premier system. Within the first two months the computer had viruses and it crashed. The tech changed the motherboard. Five months later once again viruses and crashing. They changed the harddrive. Three months later - virus - crash, they changed harddrive. For the fourth time same thing. They are refusing to send a tech stating that because a virus was in the system that is what crashed the computer. They said I cannot use the recovery disk because it will not work because of the new harddrive. They said that I have to purchase Windows XP for fifty bucks to get the system up and running. I have a warranty for both the hardware and software. Now I have seventeen hundred dollar virused out computer that is under warranty that they are refusing to repair. If there is a class action, please include me.
