I purchased 2 desktop with warranty. Problem occurred and they changed harddrive which didn't fix problem. It added to problem. Now some of my files saved to their passport harddrive are encrypted. They say it is software problem and want $ 230 more. All software was loaded on computer prior to purchase. I have never encrypt a file in 15 yrs of computer use. Only 5% of files are encrypted. I taslked to 4 poeple for 2 hrs and no results since I am never buying anything else from Dell.
