Ripoff phone scam misleading stole $250 dollars from me and then change numbe

I was told by Grant4u.com and the operator on the phone that I had received a grant for $5000.00 and that it was to be deposited in my account and that $250.00 was going to be taken out of the $5000.00 grant before they deposit it. Which would have been $4750.00. But instead, I was lied to and $249.95 was taken out of my account. I, clearly, did not authorize this deduction.

I have tried to call and the number is always busy. Then I sent letters certified and they were returned unclaimed. Then I reported them to Arizona Better Business Bureau. Here is their respond:

Government actions

On April 26, the North Dakota Attorney General issued a Cease and Desist Order against Respondents Vincent Catraldi, Grant For You (and all other known DBAs), and Premier Business Group (and all other known DBAs) for acts and practices that violate the North Dakota Century Code, pursuant to N.D.C.C. Section 51-15.

It was found that the Respondents engaged in deceptive acts or practices during phone solicitations to North Dakota Consumers. These deceptive phone solicitations include misrepresenting to consumers that they were to receive a grant ranging from $5,000-$50,000 by providing their checking account information and a payment of a processing fee.

It was ordered that the Respondents cease and desist from violating the North Dakota Century Code and pay civil penalties.
