This is possibly a ripoff but its one of those companys that word things to make you think your getting a major credit card but really it is suppose to be something else. I have the document right in front of me. Also here is the Better business bureau's take on the whole thing. Look it up.

Customer Experience
Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the bureau due to a pattern of complaints. The BBB has received complaints concerning consumers receiving letters from the company indicating they have been approved for a credit card. The consumers send in either $45 for regular shipment or $49 for rush processing and delivery. Consumers complain that the cards come later than expected. Other complaints indicate that the consumers were lead to believe through advertisement that the card was a major credit card, when in fact it is a merchants card. According to information provided by the company, their certificate does not advertise a major credit card, but states that the credit is issued through a credit provide. On their certificate, the credit provider is stated as Consumer First. The company has a refund policy which is stated on the certificate that states if the consumer is dissatisfied, they may return the entire package and receive a refund so long as it is within the thirty day period.
