When this Companys Name appeared on our last Phone Bill with a Charge of $30.85 and I had never heard of that Company I called Customer service immediately about it and I was told that the FCC mandates that you put that charge on my bill! And I have to resolve the problem
I called the Number that you kindly included with my bill to resolve this mess! And GUESS WHAT? They gave Me a Number of a Different Company to call, which I did! At 1:45pm on a Tuesday, and I get a recording saying office closed, call during regular business hours but doesnt say when those are!
I cancelled my long distance so I wouldnt get any more charges like that! NOW I cant even use my Credit Card Machine in my Restaurant & Bar and no other Telephone Company I can use! Great Business Service Im Getting! What can I DO???
