Ripoff a prize of 3,341, 006.00

I received a letter stating I am the number 1 Confirmed prize of $3,341, 006.00. And this letter said to be restrictive and tell nobody. At the bottom has a section stating they need a $20.00 payable by cash, check or money order to: "LVAAP".
I did not this payment and I never Will do.
