Just read over the paperwork TCRM's attorneys sent us. I've gone through all our correspondence and emails and faxes to our attorney and he's never heard of $10,000 worth of closing fees on a $60,000 loan, nor has he ever heard of in addition to that. $2500 to open an LLC Corp where the lender owns 90% of the land and we get 10% and NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING TO THAT EFFECT.
So all the documents are in order and will keep you posted
We put down $500 for a loan that did not require the opening of an LLC corp and they made so many mistakes on the closing statement. Eunice Bennett apologized and had to refigure. It was off in their favor. We put that money down on a loan that was changed completely and would not pay the $850 they wanted for a vacant lot appraisal and instantly Eunice Bennett dropped it to $450.
Spoke with the land appraiser and asked him isn't that a bit high for appraising raw land $450. He blubbered a bit and said, no our fee is not that high its only $250. Where is the other $200? Will keep you informed. Sending all this to Eliot Spitzer and our attorneys.
