Can you imagine in the United States of America... Being overcharged, inflated fees and the kicker is right before closing and laying out money, that you would only own 10% of the land when you have paid out approx. $10,000-11,000? And the lender would own 90%.. Now that is really something that sounds a bit odd doesn't it...
Are we the bad guys when we were given very different rates and NOTHING about an LLC corp having to be opened which would cost another $2500 AND OWN ONLY 10% of the land. Ha... Should be interesting... Also getting letters from several attorneys who said they have never heard of anything like that...
