Have copies of letters to our attorney, bank president etc. Stating what TCRM did at the last minute by "Lender wants 90% of the land and we get 10%" at 18% interest and the LLC corporation they wanted formed would cost us another $2500.
At this point to save everyone more paperwork and time, we are willing to reduce the amt. Required to the $750 which was $500 toward paperwork on their part for a loan that was not what we signed for. Therefore bogus and the additional money that was added to the land appraisal that they originally wanted $850 (have documentation on that as well) and suddenly dropped to $450 and was really $200..
