Their full name is TCRM Commercial Corp... And it's also under TCRM. No money
Wanted to keep you up to speed with what is not happening with this outfit... The Attorney General's office of N.Y... Eliot Spitzer's office is investigating them and their practices and still have not received the $2500 from these people... For time wasted, they took our initial $500 app fee... Which are returned if you don't get a loan with them... Changed all the terms of the loan so we backed out. They kept our money... And inflated the amount of the survey of vacant land to $800 which actually cost $250 according to the surveyor...
When we complained, they dropped the fee to $450 still making money on the deal... So we will continue to keep you posted and have TCRM at the top of the list of Google and Netscape as RIPOFF COMPANIES... I urge you to do the same if they have done the same to you... We are just regular people who expect that if you change terms... Have nothing in writing that we would ever agree to their ridiculous 18% interest rate (supposed to be 12%)... Then you have to open a corporation for $2500 and the lender would own 90% of the property and we would own 10%...inTEREST ONLY LOAN... What a deal... No mention of opening corp. When we signed the paperwork, signed for 12% interest... Verbally went to 18%, corp. For $2500.. All this f or a $60,000 loan..
My lawyer said that they probably were going to sell the land out from under us... You would have to be an idiot to agree to pay $2500 for a corp... Then give them 90% and you own 10%... Unbelievable... I'm really getting sick and tired of companies that don't do what they say they are going to do and sweet talk you. This has happened over and over again
