We have our paperwork just about all set for this bogus lawsuit. How can an attorney, unless prompted by TCRM call what we have written fraudulent? Everything we told you was the truth, but the truth hurts.
We have letters concerning the sudden change in the terms of the loan at the last minute before closing by TCRM and the attorney says we made "insane" reports? What is insane about paying money down for a particular loan, only to find right before closing. "OOPS, we forgot to mention, you have to pay $2500 more and you will get to own 10% of the lot and the owner gets to own 90%" Would you take the loan? That was not what we contracted for. Where else can you go to vent your frustration? That is what this website is for. Not lying, just telling the story and you get hit with a lawsuit?
We are good, hardworking people who have had some major monetary setbacks in the last year or two and cannot afford to waste money on loans that are not the loan you contracted for and inflated fees for land appraisal (as per the appraiser). Is that crazy? Don't think so. I would say unfair is a better word
