I have just encountered the worst customer service experience and unfortunately not just by any service member, but a
representative who claimed to be the assistant manager, Charles. As I attempted to inquire about a shipping/billing discrepancy, before I could proceed, Charles hung up the phone. I thought I was disconnected by error, to my disappointment upon calling back, Charles confirmed that he indeed hung up the phone intentionally and asserted that he did not have the time for
a long drawn out conversation. I certainly would not expect this type of disposition from an assistant manager.
Sadly, this whole experience has further delayed my intentions of completing my decorations for my grandmother's 80th birthday.
What a shame.
Truly I have a multitude of things I should be doing with my time, but this shameful act should not go unattended.
