Deeply dissatisfied with the retaile

I am deeply dissatisfied with the retailer from whom I purchased my Samsung Lcd 40" 5 SERIES tv.

At Kerala Samsung advertised many offers and free dvd pack of 30 discs with every purchase.

But the retailer didn't give it till date as I have purchased the same a month back.

The retailer is NEXT ELECTRONICS,

I request you to make sure the offers are reaching the customers without fail.
Else it will be a black mark on samsung's reputation.
