Bought a bag that was 50% off... Asked multiple staff how much it would be after discount and they verified it would in fact be 50% off. Got home and noticed they had only taken 30% off. Contacted the store and spoke to the assistant manager. She said to bring in the reciept and they would make the adjustment. Went back the next day and the assistant manager completely went back on her word. She was extremely rude and spoke in a very unprofessional manner. After repeatedly rolling her eyes, she said to the cashier `just give it to her if a few dollars will make her happy`. The cashier and the assisstant manager still continued to be rude and ask the same questions, until they finally gave me what was promised. There were no apologies for their behaviour. Overall, the BRAMPTON TRINITY MALL ALDO OUTLET location has the worst customer service and they have lost a long-time customer.
