Sears charged me approximately $180 for an order that was never shipped, picked-up or received. The order was cancelled 4 months ago and all of the customer service reps acknowledge that I should be getting my money refunded, and in fact have said it would be refunded more than once but still no refund. The last promise of getting the refund has again failed to materialize. So my questions would be:
1) why did I get charged for something not shipped? No product every exchanged hands.
2) Why do you find it so difficult to refund my hard-earned cash? We both agree, I should get my money back. WHY HAS IT NOT HAPPENED AFTER 4 MONTHS.instead, of my cash I get 4 months of lies and treated as if I just fell and landed on my head.
I have been shopping at sears for 25 years. No more. Hope it was worth it.
