We bought a sears washer and dryer about a month ago under the name Nuha Shiblie. The installation people were nice, however, they said they could not hook up the washer because they couldn't get the hose off the spout and the shut off was leaking. Their only suggestion was to cut of the main line and have us call a plumber. Well the guy shut off our main line and it was still leaking. He couldn't figure out why and put the leaking hose in our laundry sink and suggested we call a plumber right away.
Prior to the plumber getting there, the hose, which was not secured, came out of the tub where he placed it and flooded our whole basement. Our carpet is dirty and smelly and our tiles in our bathroom are popping up with a smell of mold.
When the plumber came, he first noticed they shut off the wrong valve. Secondly he said the hoses were not that tough to take off they just needed some effort.
Anyway, installation was finally resolved, but we still have carpet and tile that needs to be removed. Our local complaint went to the delivery company and they judge themselves to be innocent but said they would give us $80 if we signed a release.
This was an insult. They were responsible for about $1,000 in damages and they decided they were not going to pay it.
I need this resolved right away. We can't have mold in our house.
