Unsupportive - KENMORE Fridge

I had Sears come out in Feb to fix the Ice/Water dispenser on our fridge as it wouldn't make ice and the water trickled out. Sears came out said the fan was broken and replaced it along with the water hose. We'll a week ago, we noticed a large stain on our carpet just outside the kitchen area near the fridge and realized that the fridge was leaking. We turned off the water to the Ice/Water dispenser on the back wall and found the new hose the guy just replaced was leaking. It took Sears over a week to come out and then we were informed that the first repairperson never charged us for the hose and was not mentioned on the repair bill. So they wouldn't be able to repair it without charging us for it $225.00. I'm replacing the hose myself for $10.00. We're still in dispute over the damaged carpet pad and floor boards in our dining room. Let's wait to see what happens there.

No more Sears for me after this. What ever happened to the customer is always right at least the honest ones, right???
