I had an appointment for a service rep (between 1-5) at 5pm they hadn't shown so I called the customer service line. I was told he was running late and wouldn't be there until 5:15. At 5:50 I called customer service again. They told me he wouldn't be here until 6 or 6:30. I asked when did this change I was never contacted. The rep said the time is the time and then hung up on me. Sears has lost another customer due to their incompetence.
