Sears repair
Was a sear's customer

Been a loyal customer for many years of sears all our appliances are from sears never had any trouble till now since k mart came into the picture. My refrigerator went when I called for service call they told me they would come the next day since my husband has meds that have to be kept in the refrigerator. The next day they never came or called when I first called they told me he's running late then when I called again a few hours later they told me they had to give me another appointment a week later. When I called the complaint dept was told they lied and was never going to come. I will never buy anything from them again and will tell everyone the same
