I purchased a lawnmower from your Avon, In store 4 years ago. Every spring I had to take it in for service because it wouldn't run. I only use it for trimming since I also have a sears riding mower as well. This spring was the same, I took it in and wanted it replaced as a lemon. They told me that wasn't applicable, and that it wouldn't be covered under warranty either. I have been a Sears customer for 35 years, but after such UNHEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, i WILL NEVER BUT ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN! I know you could care less, because you don't have any customer care like you used to. Sears customer service no longer exists. Its no wonder you are about to go out of business. Thomas Ford
