I hired Ray Sherm of Unique Electric to do electrical contracting work for me. He was to upgrade my electrical service and install some machines that require expert installation. He bid on my work $3000 and wrote up a proposal. I paid him $1500 upfront to buy some electrical equipment. He took the money but never came to do the work. He won't return my phone calls. This has delayed my project at my own expense.
