Our home is a nightmare! Belmont throws these homes together and charge us to get rained on. It rains almost as much on us inside as it would if we were outdoors!
We purchased a brand new mobile home thinking we would enjoy our home for years. Boy were we ever wrong! It has leaked since we moved in. We paid out of our own pockets to replace our roof and it STILL leaks!
We are having tons of rain, my kitchen is flooded from leaks. It leaks through under my stove... How safe is that?
There is black mold growing in one of the bathrooms. We replaced the ceiling only to find a HUGE hole in the roof, covered only by shingles.
There has to be something consumers can do to fight back! We have lemon laws on cars but can be forced to live in and pay for a leaking cheap made home. We feel like we are living in a strainer! It keeps the leaves out but the rains comes right through.
Is there anything we can do? There has to be help. Any ideas??
