His website advertises that he can take a photo scan and transpose it onto a set of tiles to make a tile mural. I emailed a photo to Mr. Lindsey and he sent back a computerized sample of what it would look like. I submitted payment via the Paypal order form on his web site. On September 22, at 9:26PM Central Time, we placed an order for a tile mural from the seller's website, tilemurals.net. The site clearly states "All Orders Shipped within 7 to 10 days." On September 27 at 8:21PM, we Emailed Robert Lindsey, [email protected], at the the company and he responded at 10:12PM that same evening, saying the mural was to be made on Thursday (September 30) and shipped on Friday (October 1). Since then, we have Emailed Mr. Lindsey on October 4,6, and 7th asking if the order has been shipped and by what method of shipping (USMail, UPS, etc.) As of this moment, no response had been received to any of these Emails. Mr. Lindsey had previously responded very promptly to Emails but is no longer doing so.in addition, we attempted to telephone Mr. Lindsey at (256) 883-8415 on October 7 at 5:15PM and October 8, at 5:42PM and there was neither an answer nor a voice mail in which to leave a message. As of today's date, we have not received our item and we are requesting a fraud alert be placed on this company. I went to the Alabama Attorney General Office's website and filed a complaint against this company, and we have filed a complaint with Paypal for reimbursment for merchandise we did not receive. I'm also planning to put in a formal postal fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Service and am considering filing a report with the Huntsville Police Department.
