I purchased two Kenmore Refrigerator Taste and Odor Filter Cartridge from the Sears store in South Sacramento, Florin Road. Both filters were defective. My kitchen sink floor board was flooded with water due to the defective filter which also ruined my kitchen laminated floor causing approximately $3,000 worth of damages. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible and be reimbursed for the damages caused by your defective products.
