The worst customer service ever... My tv just went out of warranty and it won't cut on just keeps blinking then on off. I have researched and there are a million others like me well they claim to only repair the 2007 models n later mine is 2006. The others got recalled for the same extact problem I'm having the capacitor is a 10volt on a 12volt bus and that eventually keeps it from powering up! Samsung says I don't qualify for the free repAir to fix their mistake. Terrible customer service and they sure don't believe that they are in the wrong crooked crooked I will never purchase another samsung and will make sure no one else I know does either!!!
