Samsung tv and customer service

My samsung tv is the worst thing i have ever purchased ive had it 3 years and have been able to watch tv a toal of 6 hours. Their customer service told me that because i didnt buy their extended warranty, i deserved my t.V. Problems. I own 4 t.V. Stores and wiil never sell a samsung again.
