Sears not refunding money

I bought a 75 gallon gas water heater from Sears in the middle of August from Sears store in Chelmsford MA. I told the sales guy for the power vent heater. When contractor arrived with the heater it was not power vent one, I was then told that Kenmore does not have power vent in 75 gallon. Contractor took away the heater. Then I contacted Sears again to change the order, I was told that the store cannot do anything to the existing order until contractor returns the heater to the warehouse. So the store again charged my card to give me 50 gallon power vent option and scheduled a date. Contractor now showed up with a broken heater. He took it back again and for last 5 weeks I had been scheduled a date for installation every week and the contractor does not ever show up. Sears has no control over the contractor. When I called Sears installation number a rude guy named Jackson asked me to go with another contractor as Sears cannot do anything. So out of frustration I called Sears again to cancel my order and refund my money, now they say that my money cannot be refunded until contractor returns the heater to the warehouse again. Nobody is telling me when that would happen. Frustrated customer... Never going back to Sears... Very soon going to Massachusetts Small claims court
