I have a broken hot water heater that is still under warrantee with Sears. I have been dealing with them on the phone since 1/20. They incorrectly billed the wrong store, billed me twice, and they still have not been able to find a contractor to install the heater. I have told them I have a 2 year old at home and need this installed ASAP, yet today 1/25 they still have not found a plumber in my area to install it. I keep getting the same message, but they are not doing anything to resolve the problem. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. I will never do business with Sears again. A warrantee means nothing to them.
