Had an appointment scheduled for 2 1/2 weeks for a repair on my brand new, most expensive kennmore elite refridgerator, my time frame was between 1-5, at 3 I recieve a phone call that no one can come. Wanted to schedule me for over another week! The mind deffining hum coming from the fride is enough to send anyone into madness! Unproffessional to say the least, and they have you, there is nothing you can do. Wish I would have headed the advice and stayed away from sears!!
