Needed a simple felt piece replaced in the front panel around the tub of my GE dryer. (while waiting for this I could still use my dryer) While replacing the felt piece the service tech somehow managed to short out the circuit board! Now, I cannot use my dryer and the service tech said it will be 2 weeks to get a new circuit board enclosure and get it installed! I am soooo mad. Sears used to be a great place to go for dependable repair techs.
