I am a military spouse who's husband is deployed. My a/c broke and has been broken for over a month now. They ordered a part that needed to be replaced over two weeks ago and it still hasn't come in yet. They told me it would be no later than Monday, and now their saying it will be no later than Friday. I have had to call them many times to get them to even get the ball rolling on getting the part ordered. They've been dragging their feet and I feel like they are taking advantage of me. It seems to be a very lazy company who does not care one bit about customer service. If the problem is not fixed within a week I will be going to Fox 43 with my story. My husband should not have to worry about problems at home when he's overseas fighting for our country. Duval Heating and Air is a terrible company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
