Andy the repair person broke my thermostate and blew my fuse on my heating system

Andy was dispactched by duval heating and air. He did not know how to work on a carrier infiniety heating system. He broke the thermostate off the wall in the hall way, because he was unsure of how to take it off. He went into the attic and blew a fuse, which cause the entire system to go out. He then admitted he was not familiar with infinity and that he would need to contact his company, duval heating. The thermostate was never broken, and i always got heat, with a reading of malfuction and intermitingly turning off at night. But other than that, we always had heat in the home. Now there is no heat. It is 20 degrees in the home, the pipes have a great possibility of freezing and duval will also be responsible for the repairs of the pipes. I spoke to duval, brian this morning 12.10.10. He was very unprofessional, and he must understand that when it is cold outside and your home has been violatied by a worker that does not know what they are doing, yes i am going to be frustrated. He came of nasty, i told him i was not going to tolorate his nasty attitude, and accidently called him honey. Oh, you would have thought i cusred him. I am not honey, my mistake, mr. Duval. He ask me who was going to pay for the parts, i told he his company was. He told me he was not paying for any thing. I told him, yes he was ging to pay for it. He ask the amount, i told him i did not have the bill yet. He told me to call when i got the bill. It is very important to let customers know, duval has certain limitations that they are capable of working on and infinity is not one of them. They will also not take responsibility for damages created therefore, they are being placed on the better business list for poor customer service, poor workers, and a team of employees that are not knowledable. Also, mr. Duval brian has a terrible attitude towards his customers and would never suggest his business to anyone. I know for a fact i will never use them again. Once the other heating company give me the invoice, i will contact mr. B. Duval and request payment immediaely. Respectfully
