Duval scheduled an appointment with us for Wednesday between 10-2. My wife arranged her schedule around this date/time. On Tuesday morning they called to say it was today (Tuesday) from 10-2. My wife said, no, it's tomorrow. Duval said no, it's today. So my wife rearranged her schedule again. Right after that, Duval calls back to say, no, sorry, our mistake, it's tomorrow (Wednesday). We tried to get it scheduled for Tuesday since she had already changed her schedule; Duval said they couldn’t do it. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were told our supervisors aren't taking calls today. We asked to speak to Mr Duval, but he wasn't in and they didn't know when he would be available. What a runaround, and what kind of supervisors don't take phone calls? We were told at least 4 times someone would call us back, NO ONE did.
