Ace Heating and Cooling is terrible! I had the misfortune of Chris Myers and his scam company sent to me from a home warranty company. The men were rude, they made a mess, and ordered the wrong part.
The first moron that came to the house was nice enough, but wrote down the wrong model number for the A/C unit. Shouldn't this be one of the first things they teach you in A/C 101?? He said he would call the part in right away, but that was another lie. The rude woman at the office told me the men turn in part orders at the end of the day (so they have to be ordered the next day - nothing like having no A/C in Sept).
She had that "I've been smoking 3 packs a day for 30 years" voice. I asked if she could contact the tech to get the part number ordered that day, and she said she would try. Another lie.
I called the next day, and part was still not ordered.
