I had a new washer and dryer delivered in April and a few weeks later, the lint filter HOLDER broke. The manufacturer had RANGERS HEATING AND AC come out to check the dryer, and the gentleman confirmed that indeed the lint filter HOLDER was broken (I could have told them that on the phone). RANGERS HEATING AND AC came out on May 8 and have given me the run around, saying the part was back ordered, and that it hadn't come in yet. The manufacturer asked me to get an order number and a part number from the company on June 12 (they are a little slow also!), which RANGERS HEATING AND AC refused to do, although they told the manufacturer that their manager could give the information out. Finally, the manufacturer called them directly and they said that THEY WERE NOT EVEN SURE THAT THE PART HAD BEEN ORDERED! This company lies! I complained to the manufacturer, and FINALLY, they are going to take them off of their company repair list.
This company is lazy and incompetent. Please do not waste your time going to this company for ANYTHING!!!
