Andy broke the therostate on my heater and blew the fuse on the furnace in the attic and denied doing so. He did not know how to work on a carrier infinity heater and did not state so until he had broke it. I contacted mr. Duval left him a voice mail as i was frustrated, cold in the house, pipes could blow up at any time, and no one cares. Brian duval called on 12/10/10 we spoke about the system. He told me that andy did not break the thermostate nor did he blow the fuse. I said that is not correct it had always worked and we had alway go heat nust not a lot and depending. He ask me who was going to pay for the parts. I told him he was. He said he was not going to pay for anything. I said yes you will, we will see. He said when the receipt comes in call and we will go from there. I accidently called him honey, you would have sworn i cursed at him, i am not honey, over and over he repeated. Get over it duval, no you are a rip off company with employees who are not experienced. All i want is to set the record straight, get my heat fixed and duval pay for all damages incurred including the pipes if they bust. Wanda hofler
