Direct Remodeling
The owner has been very difficult to deal with. Los Angeles

We special ordered $1,800 worth of tile from these guys. When the
setters tried to lay it, they found it was bowed in the middle and there
was no way to have a flat surface when installed. They told us to
bring it back, then after being promised a refund by our sales person,
they now deny it and are refusing to refund the tile. The owner has
been very difficult to deal with. As the other reviewer says, run from
this place! Not one good review here, that should tell you something.
