Purchased tile for my bathroom thinking I found a good deal. Part of the order was the wrong tile. Owner stated it was made by the same company. I stated it was not the same color or thickness as the rest of the order.
Two months later they decide to take the tile back. "Come and get it!" I said. I left the tile in the driveway that day. Stated on bill of laiden was a statement that the tile was damaged which it wasn't. I opened only two boxes and resealed them. Now I'm fighting the trucking company.
Chase Credit Cards is going after me and telling me to supply a professionals opinion on why the tile is the wrong tile. Chase never contacted Barefoot Floors. They suck too.
I'm fighting Barefoot floors, Overland Express and Chase bank for my $700.
