Without my permission or contacting me, Sprint signed me up for their long distance plan. When I received my bill, I called and said it was a mistake. They told me that Bell South had given them permission... Called Bell South and they said why would they assign me to Sprint when they had their own long distance plan. Now Spring is saying they will give a temporary credit to my account. They are stating that if I do not contact either the Federal Communication Commission or my State regulatory agency within 30 days they will reverse this credit.
