I bought 1700 sq. Ft. Of tile from a local tile store that was the Odyssey series color Oro. The day the install was complete I could tell the product was defective. Many tile looked like they had a sand on the surface the rest were smooth and had a shine as they should. Emser paid an inspector to inspect my tile and he decided nothing was wrong even though the owner of the store were I purchased and the sales rep for Emser both admit that there is a problem. Emser agreed to replace 140 tile and sent me another 170 tiles. Of the 170 sent I rejected 130 for the same problem as the original the finish is not correct. I would like to warn all potential buyers of tile DONOT purchase tile from Emser you will be sorry as I am.
