Had a tile floor installed 2001. On recommendation of this company of the company owner, the tile was put over the vinly floor. Had problem from day one. They were out several times to fix it. They put nails in and grout over the nails. Now the grout is cracking. Tried to call owner several times and never got a response. Had them look at the floor and their salesman asked who installed the floor. When we told him it was his company he was shock. He wa sgoing to talk to the manager. Never heard back from them. Stopped in today and talked to the owner. Made arrangements for to stop by house to see the problems. Promise he was coming this afternoon. Very abrasive comments made about the warranty and tile 6 years old. We have tile floors that are 17 years old and no problem. We have carpets to replace, you can be sure it will not be from this company.
