Flamingo pools recently installed a swimming pool for me. It was a nightmare from the start. They tore up my phone lines and cable tv lines as well and damaged the corner of my house. They claim it had rot anyway and just left it. They installed the wrong tile, plastered the pool, and quickly filled it. Their plumber, Craig - don't know last name, installed plumbing and tile and although he has plumbing license, he has no tile license and could not or would not produce one when asked to do so. The installation was sub-standard and plain to see, not water leveled well at all. He also installed the wrong shade of step tile. The gemkote finish is all mottled and shaded, not consistant. The owner Robert aka 'Whitey" Grawbowski denied this and when proven he was wrong became abusive. Since the tile is merely a close color, I am stuck with it, yet this is not what I paid for. This company completely trashed my yard and damaged my driveway which again the owner denies. This man is a scumbag and a hothead... Do not deal with Flamingo Pools in Stuart Florida. They are quick to grab your money but you won't see them again if there is a problem.
